134 Agency is a premium creative and digital agency specializing in branding, design, web development, and digital marketing. We work with clients from Serbia, Western Europe, the U.S., and the Middle East, delivering strategies that bring real results.
Now, we’re looking for a Project Manager to efficiently manage projects, communicate with clients and the team, and contribute to our agency’s growth.
What will you be doing?
- Planning and leading projects – Organizing all project phases, from initial ideas to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Coordinating the team – Working with designers, developers, social media experts, and PPC specialists to keep projects on track.
- Communicating with clients – Understanding their needs, providing regular updates, and resolving challenges along the way.
- Managing external collaborators – Overseeing freelancers and external partners when needed.
- Tracking performance and optimizing processes – Analyzing results and suggesting improvements.
- Understanding and managing social media – Staying on top of algorithms, planning content, and working with the team to optimize posts and ads.
- Using project management tools – Keeping tasks clear and transparent in Trello, Slack, Asana, or similar platforms.
What are we looking for?
- At least 2 years of experience in project management in digital marketing, design, or IT.
- Strong English skills in both written and spoken communication – online meetings with international clients will be part of your work.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills – you can lead an internal team and professionally interact with clients.
- Understanding of social media and digital marketing – including platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Problem-solving mindset – you think fast and find solutions in challenging situations.
- Team player – you know how to motivate and connect people for the best results.
- Familiarity with Trello and Slack (or similar project management tools).
- Nice to have: Experience working with clients across different industries and markets (Serbia, EU, U.S.).
