Megarama Games, a small game development startup, had a social casino mobile game focused on ad revenue, which is unconventional for this category, where most publishers focus on IAP revenue. Although the game had a solid concept, they struggled to break into the competitive mobile gaming market, reach new users, and monetize effectively.
